I sent my controller in to be repaired & have a few upgrades done. Instead of buying a new controller I had Hall effect joysticks & mouse style triggers added. As well as the face buttons & the back cover of the controller changed to suit my preference. Sent in on a Tuesday job done in a day got it back the following Tuesday. What an amazing service super friendly have already shared to friends to get work done. Will do business again.

I originally started looking for a new controller after the back buttons on my custom Scuf Reflex Pro FPS stopped working or malfunctioning, costing me games in Apex ranked , and ultimately destroying the already poorly built waste of money. I then started looking for a controller that will last me at least a few years guaranteed, which meant a hall-effect stick controller and I stumbled upon Carbxn after a fella on Reddit was furiously recommending their product. And let me tell you, boy was the fella right. There were more customisation options for a DualSense PS5 controller than I saw on any other site, especially ones that offer hall-effect sticks. Multiple back button options and layouts, multiple ways to customise each piece of the controller, all the way down to the type of butting you wish to use on the face of the controller. I ended up ordering a controller with hall-effect sticks, mechanical face buttons, removed rumbles and trigger motors, instant triggers and bumpers, with 4 back buttons at the ring and middle fingers, and in a custom yellow faceplate colour. And all of this for a price that was still lower than what Scuf could offer on their cheapest equivalent (and still you wouldn’t be able to put mechanical face buttons with them lmao) including shipping from Australia. So how does it play and feel? It’s as if Sony themselves released this controller in terms of build quality. It feels better and lighter than the Scuf and plays better. Honestly, I recommend very strongly to anyone who wants to get their money’s worth for a premium controller. My only regret is not knowing about Carbxn when I first bought the stupid Scuf controller. Great product!
I was very pleased with the experience. The quality was excellent, and the product worked exactly as advertised. Customer service was friendly and responsive, which made the whole process smooth. Delivery was on time, and everything arrived in great condition. Overall, I would recommend Carbxn and would use it over again.

Does everything I need, went without paddles since upgrading to a ps5 but now I’m back to embarrassing sweats.
Sent in my standard PS5 controller that had horrible stick drift for upgrade to hall effect sensors.
It has come back 100% fixed! No more stick-drift, feels as good as new.
Much better option than replacing with standard sensors or buying another new controller.

This controller is an absolute game changer, cannot recommend the hair triggers enough. Customer support is excellent, and very responsive. If you are looking to level up your gameplay this is where you should start.
