We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@carbxn.com.au. Once accepted, address will be provided for you to send controller back to us. Controllers sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund will be processed once controller is received and assessed.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.

 Please note: Due to the customized nature of our product, a full refund due to change of mind after controller is delivered will incur a 15% restock fee.

Any misuse or intentional damage to controllers will void eligibility for a refund. In such cases, the product will only be eligible for remediation or repair, as per our store policy.

Returns received without original packaging will incur a flat $25 packaging fee in addition to our restock fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. A cancellation fee is in place to cover for the fees incurred in processing your order payment.
