Only had this controller for a month and can I say I am amazed at the quality and support carbxn has provided me with. At fist, I thought we couldn’t rebind the paddles but we can which is an amazing the feature. The battery upgrade is a 100/10 an definitely worth it.
At first i was struggling to adapt to them i had to recalibrate the centre and it took a few days to get used to but i have to say now im really really enjoying the new sticks
I love the controller. Carbxn went above and beyond, not only with the quality of the product, but with their customer service as well. They helped me outside of working hours, answered every question I had, and even gave me options that weren’t officially available yet.
They genuinely went out of their way to help, and honestly, I’d recommend them based on the customer service alone. On top of that, the custom controllers they offer are by far better than the Scuf I was using before, so take that as you will!
To put it simply, this is the greatest controller I've ever owned, hands down. I love everything about it and, frankly, couldn't recommend CARBXN Works enough. Their products are top-tier, and their customer support goes beyond excellence. Seriously, no matter where you are in the world, go with these guys; you won't be disappointed. I certainly am not.
I've been through quite a few Sony stick modules for my DualSense Edge since I bought the controller, and unfortunately they never seemed to last very long. It didn't take much time in games like Warzone before I would start noticing stick drift, with my character pulling to one side or the map moving on its own.
Since installing these TMR sticks, that has completely disappeared. Everything returns perfectly to centre, movement feels precise, and the controller feels better than it has in a long time. The difference was noticeable immediately.
I was genuinely considering replacing my DualSense Edge altogether, but these sticks have completely changed my mind. They have given the controller a new lease on life and restored the level of accuracy I expected from the beginning.
Based on my experience so far, I would happily recommend them to others looking for a reliable upgrade or solution to stick drift issues. A great product that has exceeded my expectations.
